He linked to footage posted by NYPD veteran and streamer Sal Greco showing the violent Tuesday arrest.

Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said she had been briefed on the incident, and that the matter was under internal review by the Internal Affairs Bureau.

“We’ll have more to say about it as that investigation unfolds,” she said.

The two officers involved were placed on desk duty pending the probe.

“I understand the community interest in it because it is an upsetting video,” Tisch said during an unrelated briefing.

The Post confirmed the suspect — who the cops claimed was resisting arrest — was not charged with drug possession after being taken into custody.
