‘Malibu Joffrey’ unmasked as wannabe influencer Austin Perkins

A California man who went viral over a racist Fourth of July meltdown on Malibu beach has been identified as a “looksmaxxing” wannabe influencer.

Austin Perkins, dubbed online as the “Malibu Joffrey” after the hateful “Game of Thrones” character, was recorded shirtless as he erupted when a family asked him to clean up litter he left on the sand.

The man, who has also been dubbed “Krunchwrap Ken” online, refused to comply and instead launched into a prolonged verbal attack, targeting the family’s appearance, sexuality and background — including telling them to “go back to your country.”

At one point, the situation nearly turned physical when he lunged toward a person recording the incident, attempting to swat the phone from their hands before backing off and continuing to shout insults.

After walking away with a companion, he continued mocking the family and left behind scattered food packaging, which they later cleaned up themselves.

The California Post linked Perkins to a social media page where he shows off his physique, the gym and his love for his BMW car.

The account appears to follow a range of fitness influencers and bodybuilding content creators, with several posts and reposts centered on “looksmaxxing,” masculinity and gym culture.

Highlighted content on related profiles includes gym-posing imagery and discussions around physique optimization, while some reposted material references steroids and broader “manosphere” talking points.

One reposted video online also referenced controversial claims about attractiveness and gender dynamics, while another echoed a separate viral rant involving teens and alcohol — content that has circulated widely in online “alpha male” circles.

The beach incident itself has drawn widespread backlash online since first being posted, with viewers condemning the behavior as entitled and aggressive.

Commenters described the rant as emblematic of a growing online subculture of hyper-masculinity content and confrontational influencer rhetoric.

In the video of the exchange, Perkins became increasingly aggressive after their request to pick up his litter.

He shouted:  “Go back to your country, you f–king asshole.” The family calmly responded to the taunt by stating that they were “born and raised” in America.

Perkins and his female companion eventually began to walk away, but he continued to hurl insults over his shoulder, telling the family to “keep supporting Kamala [Harris],” before mocking them by asking if they were “broke” or “homeless.”

His rant continued for several minutes with the family reiterating that “all we asked you to do was pick up your trash.”

The family was left to clean up the trash, filming the aftermath to show discarded food packets scattered on the sand.
