A road sweeper has overturned on a major motorway during rush hour sparking travel chaos accross the region.
An update on the National Highways website reads: “The M60 in Greater Manchester is closed clockwise between J4 (Kingsway) and J5 (Princess Parkway) due to an overturned road sweeper.
“All emergency services including North West Motorway Police Group are in attendance. National Highways Traffic Officers are also on scene assisting with traffic management.”
It is unknown whether there have been any injuries as a result of the crash.
