London Liverpool Street LIVE: Palestine mob brings station to standstill with train chaos

Scores of protestors are staging a sit-in at a major London train station, just over an hour before rush hour chaos begins. People can be seen laying down and a huge banner reading: Climate activists for a free Palestine sprawled on the floor.

Police are at the scene at London Liverpool Street station with officers placing themsleves among the crowds, while commuters stand and watch the action unfold. Placcards can also be seen and one person is holding up a large Palestinian flag.

The ‘peaceful’ protest also saw Extinction Rebellion campaigners join. Currently only two services are marginally delayed, and it’s not known if this is in anyway linked with the protest.

Otherwise all routes running from London Liverpool Station appear to be going ahead as normal.
