It was only the fifth time a player has holed out for a 2 on a par-5 in the four-year history of LIV … and it went completely unnoticed by the LIV telecast and leaderboard.
Is there a better metaphor for Rahm’s career since joining LIV Golf than this?
A good argument can be made that there isn’t a player whose legacy in the game has been more adversely affected than that of Rahm, who left the PGA Tour for a reported guaranteed sum of between $300 million and $500 million.
