Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm swarmed by hundreds of fans after new series release

Fans have descended upon Diddly Squat Farm as Clarkson’s Farm 3 hit screens, causing a sensation among viewers. The farm, which catapulted to fame through the Amazon Prime Video series, saw Jeremy Clarkson, 64, welcome an influx of visitors after purchasing 1,000 acres in Oxfordshire.

With the third series debuting on Friday, Saturday saw snaking queues around the farm shop and spilling into the car park under the Bank Holiday sun.

A staff member remarked it was their busiest spell since the previous summer. By 1pm, the car park was at capacity, with numerous cars being turned away.

Fans from as far as the United States, Wales, and Germany made the pilgrimage to the former Top Gear host’s agricultural enterprise to mark the new season’s launch.

Anna, Sarah, and Remi, hailing from Minnesota, chose Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm for Remi’s birthday outing. One quipped, “We got in line about ten minutes ago.

“We expect to get into an episode of the show while we’re in the queue.”

Amidst the bustling activity, a police van was stationed near the entrance of the packed car park.

Clarkson expressed his gratitude to fans for tuning into the new series on X, formerly Twitter, saying: “Thank you all for sending such kind words about Clarkson’s Farm 3.”

He added: “I know it’s tough to watch in places but that’s farming sometimes: brutal.”

One particularly emotional scene saw Jeremy and his girlfriend Lisa Hogan having to say goodbye to their beloved cows.

The star was devastated as he had to send his favourite cow, Pepper, to the abattoir in the new series.

He said during the first episode of Clarkson’s Farm 3: “I’m finding today really quite sad.

“Pepper is going, obviously — what do you think will become of her?”
