ITV viewers have blasted Cat Deeley’s outfit as she appeared on Thursday’s edition of This Morning. The presenter appeared alongside co-host Ben Shephard and viewers were left distracted by her appearance as she interviewed Martin Kemp.
As the pair sat down to speak to the Spandau Ballet star, viewers couldn’t help but react to Cat’s fashion choice. Taking to X, they all asked what was going on with her outfit as she boasted a brown dress with sand-coloured boots.
One person said: “Why is Cat dressed in what looks like a crumpled-up ball of grease-proof paper? #thismorning.” A second commented: “what’s going on with cat’s outfit? she looks like she’s been assaulted while out on safari #thismorning.”
A third chimed in: “Cat looking like an advert for recycling #thismorning,” as another person penned: “I see Cat Doily has gone back to beige today. #ThisMorning.”
A fifth person said: “Why does cats outfit remind me ofthat filo pastry just out the oven #thismorning.” A sixth similarly wrote: “Cat’s style inspiration today: #thismorning” with a photo of a brown paper bag attached.
During Wednesday’s edition of the daytime show, fans were also questioning Cat’s fashion choices. The presenter wore a white £199 dress reportedly styled by David O’Brien for the programme.
Some fans compared her frock to a white tablecloth on X, but others admired her outfit. One person gushed: “#thismorning Cat looking splendid in her delightful dress this Wednesday morning.”
Stephanie wrote online: “Where did Cat Deeley get her dress she’s wearing today, love it?” as someone else added: “Where is Cat’s dress from? She looks stunning as always.”
Cat Deeley made her debut alongside Ben Shephard on This Morning earlier this year. She has been a familiar face on our television screens for decades, hosting a variety of shows in the UK and the USA over the years.
The 47-year-old is married to Patrick Kielty and they share two sons together, Milo and James. The pair originally were living in California but moved back to England in 2020 after a terrifying ordeal.
Meanwhile, Ben Shephard has moved over from Good Morning Britain where he co-hosted alongside Kate Garraway. Ben joined the show during its initial launch in 2014 and became a regular host before his departure.
