Impressive Samsung freebie may finally convince you to ditch Windows 10 for good

Millions of Windows 10 users still won’t budge from this popular operating system but with the end of support from Microsoft getting ever closer, it might finally be time to consider making the jump. The US technology giant has confirmed that it will no longer offer free security updates from next year meaning time is running out to keep PCs safe and fully updated.

Of course, switching to Windows 11 can mean buying a new PC as some much older devices simply aren’t compatible with this latest and greatest OS from Microsoft.

If you’ve been holding off taking the plunge Samsung has an enticing promotion that could help ease the pain. The Korean technology giant is currently offering those buying its latest and greatest Galaxy Book Pro4 range the chance to bag a Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablet for free.

Yes, you did read that correctly. You’ll get that device, which features a 10.9-inch screen, speedy processor, S Pen compatibility and dual-lens camera without paying a penny extra – that’s a saving of over £380.

So how much will Samsung’s laptop set you back and what does it include?

Prices for the new range of devices start from £649 although you’ll need to spend a little more than that to get the free tablet.

That offer is only available for those buying the Galaxy Book Pro4 options which start from £1,699.

For that money, you get laptops that feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X touchscreen displays with Vision Booster technology and anti-glare glass. That should make using this device just as easy outside as inside.

Tucked under their shells are speedy Intel Core Ultra processors, fast charging and long battery life.

The free tablet deal is also available when buying the Galaxy Book Pro4 360 and Galaxy Book Pro4 Ultra models.

All of Samsung’s new laptops go on sale from February 26 and you can check out the deal here.

“We’re excited for users to experience the intelligence, connectivity and productivity made possible by the Galaxy Book4 series, taking our premium PC lineup to the next level,” said TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics. “The Galaxy Book4 series delivers the powerful performance and multi-device connectivity that consumers expect from a high-performance PC in today’s market.”
