Households across the UK are being urged to stock up on tubs of Quality Street at Morrisons before a bargain deal ends on Tuesday.
The supermarket chain is currently running a two for £9 deal on a selection of favourite Christmas chocolate tubs, but the offer is due to end on September 2. The festive tubs, which include Quality Street, Celebrations, Cadbury Heroes and Cadbury Roses, are normally priced at £7, but with the two for £9 deal it works out at just £4.50 per tub, meaning shoppers can make a 36% saving.
The offer is only available for a limited time in Morrisons stores so customers will have to be quick to stock up on the sweet treats for Christmas before the deal ends this Sunday.
The two for £9 deal applies to all of the following chocolate tubs:
- Quality Streets (600g)
- Celebrations (550g)
- Cadbury Heroes (550g)
- Cadbury Roses (550g)
Quality Street has long been a firm-favourite among shoppers and includes an assortment of individually wrapped milk and dark chocolates, toffees, and fruit cremés, including strawberry delight, chocolate toffee fingers, the famous Green Triangle and The Purple One.
Celebrations, by comparison, comprises miniature versions of popular chocolate bars, including Mars, Snickers and Milky Way, which are ideal for sharing with family and friends over the festive period.
For Cadbury fans, Heroes tubs contain a selection of chocolate classics including Dairy Milk, Dairy Milk Caramel, Twirl, Wispa, Eclair and Crunchie, while Roses tubs feature an assortment of milk chocolates, toffees and cremés, including Strawberry Dream, Country Fudge, Golden Barrel and Tangy Orange Creme.
A spokesperson for Morrisons said: “Morrisons is helping customers stock up on family favourites ahead of Christmas with a two for £9 deal across its popular Christmas chocolate tubs on Quality Street (600g), Celebrations (550g), Cadbury Heroes (550g) and Cadbury Roses (550g).
“From August 25th, customers can make a purse-pleasing saving of 36% on these household must-haves, which would otherwise cost £7 each.
“The offer is available in-store for one week only from now until Tuesday 2nd September, so customers will need to be quick if they want to get their hands on these festive favourites.”
