Gov. Kathy Hochul tried to throw some shade at President Trump over his New York Knicks fandom — but totally threw up a brick instead.

The Knicks last won a championship in 1973. The team did go to the finals in 1994, after the 1992-93 season.

The question came after Trump said he was hoping to head to Madison Square Garden to see the Knicks in the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999.
