The arrival of Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo last season briefly gave the Giants something to be excited about during another miserable season at MetLife Stadium last year.
On Saturday night, the duo — whose rookie seasons were impacted by injuries — reunited for UFC 328 at the Prudential Center in Newark.
They were shown in the crowd together and lightly head-butted for the camera, mimicking their move they debuted last season with the Giants.

The pair was in attendance for a headlining match in Newark between Sean Strickland and Khamzat Chimaev, as Strickland captured the middleweight title for a second time with the victory.
The Giants, under new head coach John Harbaugh, have rookie minicamp in East Rutherford, followed by OTAs that begin on May 19.
Mandatory minicamp opens next month as the Giants hope the combination of Dart and Skattebo can build on the promise they displayed before Skattebo suffered a dislocated ankle in a Week 8 loss to the Eagles.

Dart had his own health woes, as he was forced to sit for two games after a concussion knocked the quarterback out of a defeat to the Bears in Week 10.
The team’s first-round pick a year ago (25th overall), Dart still finished the season with 2272 passing yards as well as 15 passing touchdowns and nine more on the ground, while Skattebo, a fourth-round pick last year, rushed for five TDs in eight games.
Under Harbaugh, the Giants are looking for more offense with the return of Malik Nabers from a torn ACL, and they’ll have a defense boosted by fifth-overall pick Arvell Reese.
