The former high-ranking Westchester County police official who allegedly acted as her gangbanging son’s getaway driver is out of jail.

Jennifer Lackard, 49, quietly posted $75,000 bail Thursday in the wild attempted murder case, Bronx prosecutors and court records revealed.

The thick-as-thieves family allegedly all played parts in a June 29 drive-by shooting in the Bronx.

Mommy and daddy Lackard allegedly drove their ne’er-do-well son in a Chrysler Pacifica minivan to the shooting a stone’s throw from Yankee Stadium along East 161st Street, court documents state.

Chase Lackard allegedly rolled down a window on the family minivan and shot several times at a rival, documents state.

No one was injured in the shooting, which unfolded just minutes after Chase Lackard had a court date.

“You can’t just sit directly outside. It has to be timed right,” Jennifer Lackard allegedly texted her son.

Jennifer Lackard was fired from her job as deputy police commissioner with the Mount Vernon Police Department after she and her family members were indicted this week.
