Eamonn Holmes has cryptically told fans it was “one of those days” where he had “loads to think about” in his latest Instagram post. The GB News presenter shared the caption with fans on Saturday alongside a black and white picture of himself giving a smouldering look down the lens.
The 64-year-old’s healthy appearance sparked a flood of compliments from many of his 796,000 followers in the comments section, including Amanda Lamb who wrote: “Good Lord!!!!! That’s such an amazing photo of you… I blow that bad boy up and stick it all over the house.”
A second likened the presenter to George Clooney, adding: “Looking good,” while a third commented: “Wow. What a beautiful photo.” A fourth typed: “You look lovely there, very nice.”
Others asked if all was good with the presenter following recent concerns about his marriage to Ruth Langsford. The couple have not been seen together for several months, which hasn’t go unnoticed amongst fans.
Fears continued earlier this week when many questioned where Ruth was in Eamonn’s latest family picture. The broadcaster proudly shared a picture of his son Declan, daughter-in-law Jenny and their two daughters Emilia and Isabella from the latter’s christening earlier this week.
Alongside the post, one curious follower questioned if Ruth had also joined him at the family event which sparked others to comment.
In response to the concern, another added: “You never see them together & it’s worrying I loved the relationship they had.”‘
A third asked: “Where is your wife Eamonn Holmes?”
Many more suggested that Ruth may have attended the event, but could’ve simply been out of the picture alongside Eamonn.
Concerns go back to March when fans asked Ruth the same question about her marriage after she posted a picture of herself doing an Easter Egg hunt.
The presenter didn’t reply to comments about their relationship but responded to one who asked why Eamonn wasn’t on GB News.
At the time, he was running late to the studio due to Storm Kathleen delaying his flight from Scotland.
Addressing her spouse’s whereabouts, she simply replied: “He’s stuck in Glasgow airport!”

Despite concerns, it’s not uncommon for the pair not to share pictures together on their respective Instagram pages.
Eamonn has also been forced away from the spotlight several times over the past two years due to his health woes.
The broadcaster underwent spinal surgery in 2022 to treat chronic pain in his back and legs and later fell down the stairs which resulted in more surgery.
Discussing being by her husband’s side through the difficult time, she said on Loose Women in March: “With Eamonn the last two years, you know, back operation, falling down the stairs, crutches, wheelchairs, having needing a lot of help. But, that’s what you do, in sickness and in health.
“You love somebody, you’re in a partnership with them, you’d like to think they’d do the same back.”
