'Creamy' mashed potatoes recipe that can be made ahead of time and reheated

Stir the mashed potatoes well, then transfer them to a medium-sized baking dish. Dot the top of the potatoes with a few pieces of butter.

Place the dish into a preheated oven set to 350°F (175°C) and bake until the butter has melted and the potatoes are heated through.

Tip: If you plan to make this dish ahead of time, remove it from the fridge approximately 2 to 3 hours before serving to allow it to come to room temperature.

Then, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the potatoes for 20 to 30 minutes until they are heated through. This will ensure the dish is deliciously warm and ready to enjoy when serving time arrives.
