A baby has been left with a hed injury after horrifying CCTV reveals the moment just before a pram with a baby inside was hit by a train in Oxfordshire.
Helpless passengers watched on as a pram was was seen rolling towards a Chiltern Railways train at Banbury station after the infant’s parent let go.
The victim, who was just two-months-old, was hit when the train was travelling at a speed of 35mph, a shock new report has revealed.
