Boy, 16, stabbed to death in New Year's Eve horror attack at popular London beauty spot


A murder investigation has been launched after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed to death in London on New Year’s Eve. 

The teenager died following an attack in Primrose Hill on Sunday night. 

The Metropolitan Police said officers were called at around 11.40pm and administered first aid to the victim before ambulance crews arrived.

The boy’s family have been informed of his death after he was pronounced dead shortly before midnight. A male has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is in police custody.

Extensive police cordons remain in place as forensic examinations of the scene and the surrounding area are carried out.
