Alex Beresford in four-word reply to Prince Harry's crowd reaction and fans say same thing

Alex Beresford replied to ITV’s Royal Editor Chris Ship following claims Prince Harry was snubbed upon returning to London.

The Duke of Sussex attended a special service at St Paul’s Cathedral on Wednesday to mark the 10-year anniversary of the Invictus Games.

Harry donned a navy suit and military medals as he climbed the steps of the cathedral where he smiled and waved at the crowds.

Chris shared a video of his entrance and captioned the post: “Prince Harry at @StPaulsLondon for the 10 year anniversary service of @WeAreInvictus which he set up in 2014.

“No Meghan or King or William.”

He added: “But members of Princess Diana’s family are here. Along with Harry’s Invictus family of military veterans.”

GMB’s Alex issued a four-word reply: “And not one Boo…”

His comments come after it was previously reported Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had been met with a mixed reception when they attended a Jubilee event in honour of the Queen at St Paul’s two years ago.

The royal received a positive response at the ceremony as hundreds of fans had gathered outside St Paul’s Cathedral hoping to catch a glimpse of Harry. He was cheered as he made his way inside the venue.

The weather presenter’s 231,000 followers rushed to comment on the post as fans all said the same thing as they gushed over Harry.

One penned: “It was beautiful to see.” Another penned: “And we love it.”

A third wrote: “There weren’t any [boos] directed at them last time either, we wanted the coach dropping off the other royals to not obstruct our view of Harry & Meghan.”

“Yep, and there were mostly younger people in the crowd. Around 20s to 40s in age. It just shows that the younger people on average absolutely adore Harry and his wife Meghan,” a fourth remarked.

While Meghan decided not to join her husband as he returned to the UK, Harry was supported by his mother the late Princess Diana’s family.

Among the guests for the service were Diana’s siblings Lady Jane Fellowes and Earl Spencer, and former army officer Mark Dyer, who acted as the duke’s mentor, playing the role of a supportive big brother figure for Harry after the princess’s death.

The monarch and his son have not met during Harry‘s brief UK visit due to the King’s “full programme” said Harry‘s spokesman in a statement
