Aldi issues urgent recall of popular pasta dish after undeclared ingredient sparks fears


ALDI is issuing a recall for Carlos Takeaway Meat Feast Pasta Bake due to an undisclosed ingredient that could pose a risk to individuals allergic to it. 

The product contains mustard, which is not listed on the label, presenting a potential health hazard.

The company cautioned customers who have purchased the product and have a mustard allergy not to consume it. Instead, they are advised to return it to the store of purchase for a complete refund.

The supermarket said on its website, said: “Anyone who bought this product should return it to their nearest store for a full refund.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
