Ahead of summer, many keen gardeners are busy making sure their outdoor spaces are spic and span. A pressure washer is a useful outdoor cleaning device that can be used to blitz patios and decking.
Over at Amazon, shoppers can currently save £34 on a Bosch pressure washer. The EasyAquatak was originally £89.99 and has been knocked down to £55.99, as part of Amazon’s Home Week sales event.
The EasyAquatak has a compact design, making it easy to store away and transport from place to place if needed. It comes with a selection of nozzles (jet nozzle, rotary nozzle, detergent nozzle) and a 110-bar pump.
It’s designed for small-to-medium-sized cleaning tasks. One Amazon shopper rated it five stars, describing it as a ‘great little pressure washer’ that’s ‘perfect’ for cleaning cars, patios, garden furniture.”
They added: “It’s definitely compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is a big plus for storage. The flow rate is solid, and the build quality feels durable, just what you’d expect from Bosch. Just be prepared — it’s a lot louder than you might expect. Overall, it’s a reliable, no-fuss pressure washer that’s ideal for home use!”
There are alternative pressure washers available, including this Kärcher K3 Classic Car & Home Corded Pressure washer from B&Q. Priced at £149, the cleaning tool comes with a Car Cleaning Kit, that features a wash brush to remove dirt and a foam jet.
Similarly, Argos has 25% off this Universal Pressure Washer – now £75, was £100. It is described as a ‘mid-range all-rounder’ and can deliver 450 litres of water at 90-bar per hour.
It’s worth noting that another purchaser of the EasyAquatak found it was not powerful enough for them, they said: “I purchased the item with all hopes the Bosch Aquatak would have ample power with the 1300 w motor to clean a car. I was sadly mistaken.
“The pressure is non-existent. I have purchased the 1900w instead at twice the price.” However, a different shopper said they were left “thrilled”, praising its easy navigation and value for money.
One reviewer concluded: “I was so impressed with this power washer. I wanted something compact, but had doubts if this would have enough power to do what I wanted it to do. I also have a really weak water supply, so I thought this might struggle. It absolutely does not!
“I used it to power wash my patio, decking and garden wall, and it did it no problem. It’s light and has space to store the additional heads securely. It has a good hose length and power lead, and overall good build quality. I’m really very happy with it.”
