Thousands of X users have taken to other social media platforms and DownDetector to lament they are unable to access their accounts or properly use the site. One X user took to DownDetector, a platform where sites users can report issues they encounter, to say their homepage was not loading.
Another claimed some users could not log on X. Just after 2.30pm on January 13, more than 3,300 people had reported issues with the social media platform owned by Elon Musk.
