WWE 2K25 fans are counting down to the release of the second major DLC pack and content drop.
Available as part of the season pass, the Dunk and Destruction Pack has a June 25 release date on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
As the name suggests, the add-on introduces five new characters to the game, including three NBA stars.
For starters, the Dunk and Destruction Pack adds NBA legend and big wrestling fan Shaquille O’Neal.
Shaq has made multiple appearances in WWE and AEW, previously entering the Andre The Giant Battle Royale.
NBA stars Tyrese Haliburton and Jalen Brunson are also part of the DLC pack, although it’s unclear if the latter will be available on June 25 or later in the year.
Fortunately for WWE fans, the Dunk and Destruction Pack also adds a couple of actual wrestlers to the game.
This includes The Great Khali, as well as popular TNA mainstay and current WWE producer Abyss.
Additional DLC packs will be released in the coming year, beginning with the Fearless Pack in July, the Attitude Era Pack in September and the Saturday Night’s Main Event Pack in November.
Upcoming characters include Road Dogg, Billy Gunn, Mark Henry, Sid Justice, Junkyard Dog and Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura.
WWE 2K25 adds the Bloodline themed Showcase mode, which features iconic matches and moments from the group.
The game is also said to feature the return of chain wrestling, Underground and Bloodline Rules match types and barricade diving.
Elsewhere, MyGM is said to have gone global with the addition of online multiplayer and multi-week seasonal content.
WWE Universe mode features commentary-driven promos with new cutscenes, as well as branching choices with multiple outcomes.
The roster has also been given an upgrade, featuring more than 300 wrestlers from multiple generations, including The Undertaker, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes and more.
