The ten worst airlines in the world have been revealed, with some European firms included. AirHelp, an online service that calls itself the global market leader in passenger rights and flight compensation, has compiled the list.
The airline rankings are decided using three criteria: on-time performance, customer service, and claim processing.
AirHelp gathers arrival and departure statistics for every plane and calculates how many airline flights are on schedule.
It also asked thousands of air passengers from more than 54 countries to rate the airlines’ food, comfort, and crew.
In addition, the firm’s data tells it how “efficiently” airlines handle claims, including how likely they are to compensate customers.
Tunisair finds itself at the bottom. It is the national airline of Tunisia, with the African airline being founded in 1948.
Buzz is just in front of Tunisair. It is a Polish airline that operates charter flights to popular holiday destinations, as well as scheduled flights within the Ryanair Group
