Iga Swiatek has had a rocky relationship with the grass court but stormed the competition, only dropping one set in her six matches, to Caty McNally in the second round. Her best win came over fierce rival Danielle Collins and the Polish star rocked Belinda Bencic 6-2 6-0 in the semi-final.
Amanda Anisimova began the tournament with a 6-0 6-0 whitewash over Yulia Putinsteva and not looked back. Four more opponents were brushed aside, including three-setters against Dalma Galfi and Linda Noskova, before world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka was despatched after three hours in the semi-finals.
