William ‘won’t want Bad Uncle Andrew living it up’ in his forever home | Royal | News

Prince William refuses to put up with Prince Andrew “living it up” in his residence just a stone’s throw from his own family’s “forever home,” it has been claimed today.

The Prince and Princess of Wales are set to relocate to Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park within the coming weeks, earlier than planned, in what has been described as “a fun start” for their youngsters; 12 year old Prince George, Princess Charlotte, ten, and seven year old Prince Louis.

However, it sits near Andrew’s deteriorating Royal Lodge – his tenancy of which allegedly runs until 2078 – and specialists believe this presents a worry for the heir to the throne.

William is anticipated to spearhead “huge change” throughout his reign and sources have indicated Andrew, the Duke of York, ought to be cautious of this.

Sarah Vine, a newspaper columnist, penned this week: “I can’t say for certain, of course, but I don’t imagine Prince William – or for that matter, the Princess of Wales – has much time for friends and associates of known sex traffickers. And given that they have decided to make Windsor their ‘forever home’, are they really going to tolerate Bad Uncle Andrew living it up next door?”, reports the Mirror.

“They will want to put some serious distance between themselves and this whole stink, and that might not bode well for the Duke, especially if his brother is no longer around to shield him. Who knows what Prince William will do.”

Andrew and William appeared engaged in earnest discussion at the final public event they both attended – the Duchess of Kent’s funeral in September.

The Duke of York, 65, was seemingly captured chuckling during the ceremony, whilst William looked noticeably uncomfortable and mortified.

William and Kate, both 43, are believed to be eager to relocate to Forest Lodge after a string of family tribulations that have overshadowed the conclusion of their residence at Adelaide Cottage, a comfortable four-bedroom property in Berkshire.

Queen Elizabeth II passed away just weeks after their relocation, followed by the release of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s bitter Netflix documentary series, and Prince Harry’s damning memoir titled Spare.

However, Andrew’s behaviour – most recently including allegedly informing Jeffrey Epstein they were “in this together” via email sent after claiming to have severed ties with the paedophile – has sparked further Royal controversy.

Whilst the Prince of Wales made no reference to any individual – or matter – specifically during his conversation with Schitt’s Creek actor Eugene Levy, the heir apparent’s remarks have prompted discussion amongst Royal commentators, including Ms Vine.

She continued: “If the Andrew situation isn’t resolved while his kind, rather gentle, indulgent and thoughtful brother is in charge, it will have to be resolved under King Charles’s successor.

“He (Andrew) can either carry on acting like the arrogant, deluded toff he’s been all his life, or take a long hard look in the mirror, and make the right choice for once.”

Prince Andrew has consistently and vehemently denied any misconduct.
