A widower who sued Disney World alleging his doctor wife died from an allergy attack at a resort restaurant has dropped his claims — suggesting a settlement may have been reached.
Jeffrey Piccolo voluntarily dropped his suit Friday over the 2023 death of his wife, Manhattan Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan, after she went into anaphylactic shock when the couple ate a Disney Springs restaurant in Florida.
Piccolo’s lawyer, Brian Denney, didn’t confirm a settlement was reached but he told The Post by email Thursday: “I have no comment other than to say that this matter has been resolved.”

Piccolo accused staffers at Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant of failing to take proper precautions when Tangsuan – a doctor at Manhattan’s NYU Langone Medical Center – reported her nut and dairy allergies.
She collapsed shortly after leaving the restaurant and was given an epi-pen but she succumbed to the reaction at a local hospital.
