Hedda has just landed on Prime Video following its initial cinema release in the US, and it has already garnered positive feedback.
With a Rotten Tomatoes score of 90%, the film has been described as a “smouldering update on Henrik Ibsen’s seminal play”.
The story follows the title character, who is newly married and bored with her marriage.
As the daughter of a General, she dreams of living a luxurious life but does not have her own means to fulfil it.
