It read: “Though obviously controversial, I think it’s good that Fergie was able to attend. I also think it’s sad that divorced families are separated during the holidays by all the seemingly required activities at Sandringham.
“It also proves that if Harry and Meghan truly wanted to, they could attend as well.”
At this morning’s service, Fergie was joined by her ex-husband Prince Andrew and other members of the Royal Family as they made their way to the Sandringham Estate’s St Mary Magdalene Church.
Following the service, Fergie took to social media to say she was enjoying the day and to wish her followers a merry Christmas.
Her statement read: “We are enjoying each other’s company and feeling grateful today. I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Happy Christmas to anyone who celebrates and season’s greetings to all.”
