Steph Curry is entering his 18th NBA season.

In an interview with ABC7 News Bay Area, the 38-year-old revealed who has been the toughest defender he’s ever faced throughout his career.

“It’s a tie for me between Avery Bradley and Jrue Holiday. Yeah, those are the guys,” Curry said.

In head-to-head matchups against Bradley, Curry averaged 26.2 points, 5.8 assists and 5.4 rebounds. While those are still good numbers, the Warriors star gave credit to Bradley, who was NBA All-Defensive First Team (2015-16) and NBA All-Defensive Second Team (2012-13) during his time with the Celtics.

Curry averaged 25.2 points, 6.8 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game in head-to-head matchups against Holiday, who boasts six selections to the NBA All-Defensive Team. Though he’s never won Defensive Player of the Year, Holiday has been a finalist for the prestigious honor.

Defenders have tried to stop one of basketball’s greatest shooters, but it appears even Curry’s most challenging defensive matchups couldn’t quite contain the Warriors star.
