Supermarket Waitrose has issued a number of food recalls in recent days, urging shoppers to return the items if they have purchased them. Advertised on both the Waitrose website as well as on the Food Standards Agency (FSA) website, the chain has said the new recall makes the food item “unsafe to eat”.
Waitrose & Partners are recalling the Essential Waitrose & Partners Seafood Sticks because the product shows an incorrect best before date. The incorrect best before date makes the seafood sticks unsafe to eat, according to the FSA.
