If you’re looking to save money on your subscriptions, then Vodafone has opened up a new option which could see you save £119 off the price of a Disney+ plan. The deal works, because Vodafone will give you access to Disney+ Premium (worth £12.99 a month) for a price of £8 a month, as part of the Entertainment option that’s offered on some Vodafone plans.
Over at Disney+ shoppers pay £4.99 more per month for the exact same plan. Tallied up over a year that’s £59.88 or £199.76 when comparing a full two year plan, in line with Vodafone’s contract length.
Dinsey+ Premium gives you access to 4K HDR streaming on up to 10 devices, so it’s great entertainment for the whole family. For some time, Vodafone has offered shoppers the option to bundle entertainment with their Vodafone tariff, costing an additional £8 a month, but giving access to Amazon Prime or YouTube Premium. Now, Disney+ has been added to the options, making it extra enticing.
You simply have to choose the Vodafone plan that works for you (it can be a phone or SIM only tariff), but it needs to include Entertainment. Then you’ll get your data and minutes as normal, but with the additional bonus of that entertainment subscription, which you’ll choose once the Vodafone contract has been setup.
Like the Vodafone contract, you’ll then have that entertainment subscription for the duration of the contract, so on a 24-month Airtime Plan, you’d save £119 off the cost of Disney+, which is where the real savings come in. There’s also the option to add entertainment to a plan if you’re already a customer.
The Vodafone SIM only plus Entertainment deals start from £29 a month for the 30GB RED + Entertainment, so you get unlimited calls and texts and 30GB data with maximum speeds of 100Mbps. If you want a phone plan, you can choose from a full range of handsets too, such as the new iPhone 16e.
If you want to save money on Disney+ but don’t want to find yourself in a 24-month contract with Vodafone then there are a couple of other options available to you. We’ve outlined all the ways to save money on Disney+ right here, but you could also:
Disney+ offers loads of entertainment, including all the Marvel films – with Daredevil: Born Again now streaming – as well as Star Wars, Pixel movies, National Geographic and Star. There’s something to watch for all ages, with new content added on a regular basis.
The downside to the deal, as with any mobile contract, is commitment. Disney+ fans will have to lock into Vodafone’s length or face a fee to leave early. These range between 24 and 48 months. Another thing to remember is the looming April price hikes – and Vodafone has confirmed it’s upping prices. You can see the full guide and breakdown per plan, here.
