Tyreek Hill’s trial with OnlyFans star has surprise ending after she accused him of breaking her leg

The trial against ex-Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill ended abruptly Friday when he reached a surprise settlement with an OnlyFans model who sued him over her bizarre leg injury.

Hill – a free agent standout wide receiver – struck the deal with influencer Sophie Hall for an undisclosed amount after she claimed he fractured her leg with a “crushing force” as they were practicing football in his backyard three years ago, NBC6 reported.

After a jury was selected Wednesday in Broward County, the panelists heard opening statements from Hall and Hill’s lawyers and even heard testimony from the OF model in the Fort Lauderdale courtroom.

But the trial – which had been slated to last seven days – was unexpectedly cut short Friday afternoon when it was announced Hall agreed to drop the suit.

“I’m going to Disney World,” Hill said on his way out of court, the outlet reported.

The towering 6-foot-1, 250-lb Hall claimed Hill, at 5-feet-10, 191-lbs, was “humiliated” when she took him down during the football lesson in front of Hill’s friends and family at his Southwest Ranches, Fla., mansion on June 28, 2023.

The 32-year-old NFL veteran then got angry and aggressively shoved her back, shattering her leg, and forcing her to undergo reconstructive surgery and physical therapy, her team alleged.

Hill’s lawyers claimed during openings that Hall actually tripped over a dog, causing the break.

And she knew the risks of playing the contact sport anyway, his lawyers said.

Hall — the 36-year-old social media personality who has 2.3 million Instagram followers — also stayed at Hill’s home for a multi-day sex romp before finally seeking treatment, Hill’s lawyers alleged.

Hall met Hill after enrolling her son in Hill’s football camp and the pair exchanged messages every day until her injury.

During a deposition by Hall’s lawyers in December 2024, Hill admitted he wanted to have sex with Hall “because she’s tall … as a fetish maybe,” according to the Daily Mail.

And Hall copped to the fact that she spent days sleeping with Hill in his bed after the incident because “I wanted comfort, I felt very vulnerable in that moment. I was injured,” according to her deposition statements.

She also seemed to hedge against her own claims, when she implied Hill didn’t mean to hurt her.

“That’s not the words I used. I said I got injured while playing,” she said at the time. “I just said that I was trying to guard him and that’s how I got hurt.”

Hall was suing for at least $50,000 under claims of battery, assault and negligence.

Hill is no stranger to legal problems, after facing domestic violence allegations by his estranged wife, with whom he was married for 17 months and lawsuits concerning whether he was the father of two children with other online models.

Hill — who played for the Dolphins for four seasons — has been recovering from a serious knee injury.

His case coincidentally came the same week ex-Patriot star Stefon Diggs was acquitted of assaulting his former live-in chef Jamila Adams.

Diggs — also a wide receiver, free agent — was cleared on charges he slapped and choked Adams during a row in his Dedham, Mass., mansion on Dec. 2, 2025.
