However, Travel Tuesday is a relative newcomer in the big sale weekend, but it is considered to be one of the busier days for booking travel according to experts.
Shahab Siddiqui, founder of FlightsFinder.com previously told Express.co.uk: “Although Black Friday has become synonymous for bagging a deal – waiting until the following Tuesday may offer you even better prices. Travel Tuesday is a little-known hack for those wanting to save money on flights.”
But, while most retailers bring their deals to an end at midnight on Cyber Monday, the travel industry tends to keep the deals going beyond the Black Friday weekend. Travel Tuesday deals 2024
Although most companies aren’t branding their sales as specifically for ‘Travel Tuesday’, with many deals beginning in the lead-up to Black Friday, there are many airlines, holiday providers and hotels who are continuing to offer discounts across Tuesday and, in some cases, even longer.
However, before you book anything it’s important to check the terms and conditions and make sure that there are no additional extras to pay for that you may not have noticed.
Prices can also fluctuate depending on demand, and the best deals are likely to sell out fastest.
Amazon
Amazon’s Black Friday event came to an end on December 2 2024, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t still great deals to be had on luggage, travel accessories and gifts for your travel-hungry friends and family. Amazon will continue to offer exclusive deals and discounts throughout the festive season.

Booking.com has slashed the cost of a stay at select accommodations and is also discounting attractions too. The deal, which runs until December 4, 2024, has discounts of up to 35% on accommodation and 20% off attractions around the world.

IHG Hotels & Resorts
As part of its Black Friday and Cyber Week sale, IHG Hotels & Resorts has special discounts and offers for IHG One Rewards Members and Non-Members saving up to 17% – meaning you can still snap up a saving on Travel Tuesday.
And the savings are even higher for IHG One Rewards members.

Hilton has a number of deals available for a limited time on its website, lasting beyond Cyber Monday into Travel Tuesday. Hilton Honors members usually benefit from the absolute best savings, so if you are not a member of the scheme, it is worth signing up.

The Jet2 and Jet2holidays Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale continues beyond November 29, with offers available through to December 4, 2024. That means holidaymakers have even more time to snap up a deal on winter flights, summer holidays and more.

Radisson Hotels

TUI has extended its Black Friday sale to Travel Tuesday, with discounts on 14-night holidays saving as much as £250.
