A group taking part in yesterday’s Unite the Kingdom rally, organised by Tommy Robinson, are seen in a clip breaking into the grounds of a London hospital and “peeing in the bushes”. More than 100,000 people crammed into central London for a march organised by the right-wing activist, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon.
The Met Police said there was a ‘very large turnout’ for the event, during which officers were “attacked with projectiles”. Meanwhile, witnesses accused attendees of drinking, standing on bus stops, and chanting “f*** Keir Starmer”. Groups also chanted in support of Robinson and right-wing American speaker Charlie Kirk, who was shot dead while speaking at Utah Valley University on Wednesday.
One witness captured the moment large crowds from today’s rally rushed towards St Thomas’ Hospital – and forced their way into the grounds.

Another video shows an ambulance struggling to make its way across Westminster Bridge because of the large crowds.
Speaking at the time, the witness – who was visiting her partner in hospital when she took the video – said: “There’s fencing around the hospital grounds and I could see three security officers trying to hold the fence up.
“But they broke it down and flooded into the grounds. They came into the garden and started peeing in the bushes.
“They’ve managed to clear it out now but it was chaotic for a while.
“It was slightly nerve-wracking too waiting to see if things would escalate.
“But we were on a high-floor so I felt quite safe.
“But I had a lot of sympathy for the poor security guards, and I know that a lot of patients and staff do stand outside the hospital in the grounds.
“It is clear from the outside that it is a hospital and I could see that on the bridge there were a lot of gaps – so they weren’t getting squashed or anything.
“They didn’t seem to be violent once they broke in. It looked like they were just doing it to be chaotic and go to the toilet.”
The 28-year-old, who did not want to be named, also encountered Robinson’s fans while on her way to the hospital.
She said: “I had to walk across the Southbank on my way to the hospital and I saw the massive protests on the bridge.
“There was lots of drinking, lots of bags with cans, and lots of people stood on top of bus stops. They looked like they were going to a football match.
“I heard a lot of Tommy Robinson chants, and some Charlie Kirk chants. “And a lot of ‘f*** Keir Starmer’ chants. “Most had England and Union Jack flags wrapped around them.
“Walking through the crowd was quite intimidating.”
