The legendary actor, 63, gave onlookers a wave while straddling the $35,000 Ducati Panigale V4 S super bike.
The “Mission: Impossible” star was seen donning a black helmet, blue jeans, a worn leather jacket and riding gloves.
Cruise took time to shakes hands with fans before roaring off into LA night.
It was a rare Hollywood sighting for the actor, who has reportedly been living in London.
The Sunset Tower, home of the celebrated Tower Bar, continues to be a go-to hot spot for A-List celebrities and Tinseltown players.
