Three-day warning to anyone buying Quality Street and Celebrations at Sainsbury’s

0

Sainsbury’s shoppers keen to stock up on Quality Street and Celebrations for the festive season have just days left to make the most of a bargain offer.

The supermarket chain is selling tubs of the popular chocolate assortments for just £3.95 on a Nectar card offer.

A 600g tub of Quality Street normally costs £6 so customers can make a saving of £2.05 if they’re part of Sainsbury’s loyalty card scheme.

The offer is currently the cheapest on the market, beating Aldi’s low price of £4.49 for the same size tub.

The tub includes an assortment of individually wrapped milk and dark chocolates, toffees, and fruit cremés, including strawberry delight, chocolate toffee fingers, the famous Green Triangle and The Purple One.

Sainsbury’s customers can also snap up a 550g Celebrations milk chocolate and biscuit bars sharing tub for the same price at £3.95.

These tubs, which house a tasty mix of mini-sized milk chocolate bars including Mars, Twix, Snickers, Galaxy and Maltesers, also normally cost £6 but have been reduced in price for a limited time only on a Nectar card offer.

But shoppers will have to move quick to snap up the cheap price while they can as the offer is only available up until Monday, December 2.

New deals start and end at any time so it’s possible the chocolate tubs could be reduced in price further still before Christmas, so it’s worth keeping an out for Nectar card offers.

Sainsbury’s currently has another tempting offer ongoing at the moment on bottles of Baileys, which have been slashed in price from £22 down to just £10.

The deal applies to one-litre bottles bought in stores and online with a Nectar card, but the offer will end on Sunday, December 8, and excludes Scotland and Sainsbury’s Local stores.

If you don’t have a Nectar card you can sign up to be a member online and collect points with personalised offers from Sainsbury’s and its reward partners, which include Argos, British Airways and Esso.
