We all rely on our smartphones daily to communicate, take photos, pay for our weekly shop and navigate using maps apps, but gosh, do they get expensive. When it comes to getting a new phone, it’s always a good idea to shop around for the best deals, especially as some handsets such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra can cost more than £1,000.
We’ve spotted an excellent deal on the latest mid-range Google Pixel Android phone, the Google Pixel 8a. Originally released in 2024, the Pixel 8a is a very good device that costs less than most of the competition but still delivers on performance and camera, the latter of which is just as good for photos as the pricier Pixel 9 or the iPhone 16.

This £509.20 total spend is only a shade over the £499 cost of the device on its own but gets you more than enough monthly data to use for all your mobile needs.
