This Fitbit is even cheaper than on Prime Day but you must act fast on ‘limited time deal’

Right now you can get the Fitbit for £58.99, £1 less than during Prime Day, but now with the added bonus that you don’t have to be a Prime subscriber to access the discount. It’s a big saving on the usual £84.99 RRP.

According to Amazon price tracker site Camelcamelcamel, this is also the cheapest the Inspire 3 has ever been, so now is the ideal time to invest if you’ve been thinking of buying a fitness tracker.

Amazon lists the current offer on the Inspire 3 as a “limited time deal”, with no indication how long the deal will last.

I’ve tested the Inspire 3 extensively, and even though it’s the most basic and affordable Fitbit, it has a lot going for it. I love the battery life, which can be up to ten days, and Fitbit has also managed to cram a decent colour screen into the device’s tiny body.

You get a choice of black, orange or pink bands, all of which come with a black body. Whichever one you pick, you’ll be able to wear it 24/7 as it’s so small and lightweight, and the full waterproofing means it’s OK in the shower, too.

Wearing all day means better data, with the Inspire 3 tracking your steps, distance, calories, heart rate, sleep and more to give you a better picture of your overall health.

When you buy the Inspire, you’ll also be able to redeem six months of Fitbit Premium free of charge. This is Fitbit’s subscription service that normally costs £7.99 per month, giving you access to more insights into your data, as well as video coaching sessions and more. Thrown in for free, it gives you a chance to check out if you think it’s worth the spend, but you can cancel before the seventh month to make sure you aren’t charged.

One thing the Inspire 3 is missing compared to all the other current Fitbit trackers, and several competing smartwatches, is built-in GPS. This means it can’t track the routes of runs, cycles or swims on its own, and requires what is known as connected GPS, where the Inspire will tether to your smartphone to record your route.

This isn’t a huge deal, it just means you need to take your phone with you.
