They also needed to have a minimum of 100 reviews. Tiebreakers went to the listing with the greatest number of reviews.
Those categories were picked, according to Airbnb, because the company believes hospitality can take many forms. It can include a spotless listing, quickly responding to the guests’ needs and offering an easy and seamless check-in process.
The Magical Jewel Cottage in Pensacola, owned and hosted by Clara Brosnaham Reeves, has maintained a perfect five-star rating in not only the three aforementioned categories but also in accuracy, location and value. And it’s achieved that across 205 user reviews.
