Indeed, if you visit sites like eBay and UK retailer CEX, then you’ll see that certain Nintendo 64 games are worth a small fortune.

According to the CEX website, Snowboard Kids 2 is one of the most valuable N64 games on the market today.

The retailer will pay £975 for a mint copy of Snowboard Kids 2, which it sells for a whopping £1,125.

CEX will pay £715 for a mint version of Starcraft 64, £422 for a mint copy of San Francisco Rush 2049, and upwards of £292 for Rat Attack.

Even more common games like Paper Mario and Conker’s Bad Fur Day can be worth big money. Paper Mario is valued at £247, while Conker can be sold for £208.

Likewise, a pristine copy of survival horror classic Resident Evil 2 can be sold £182, while Mario Party 3 goes for £165.

Basically, if you have a boxed copy of any N64 game, it’s worth checking the market to see what you can get.

In the case of rare games like Starcraft 64, even the cartridge on its own can be valuable to collectors, so definitely have a rummage around to see what you’ve got.
