For those looking to relax, Primorski Park is a perfect spot, filled with sweeping sea views and 19th-century fountains along with an aquarium, zoo, and planetarium.
History fans can head to the world’s oldest gold jewellery in the city’s Archaeological Museum or visit some of Europe’s best-preserved Roman Baths.
If you’re looking for more of a thrill, you can even go bungee jumping off the Asparuhov Bridge for incredible views.
The city is a beach town with an exciting array of coastal spots to choose from.
One popular choice is Asparuhovo Beach known for its fine sand and for being well maintained.

Near to the beach is a park which you can explore before or after seeing the beach and there is also a neighbourhood to wander around.

“There are tons of clubs, bars, and cafes along the shoreline where you can grab a cocktail or a beer. If you want to get away from the craziness of the main beach, head to nearby Fichoza for a quieter time.”
