Method
Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick frying pan set to medium heat. Place the chicken into the pan and cook for approximately seven minutes, or until it develops a golden-brown colour. Add the chopped garlic and grated ginger, allowing them to cook for a further two minutes.
Pour in the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and one hundred millilitres of water. Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then continue to simmer for between two and five minutes, or until the chicken is enveloped in a glossy, thickened glaze.
To finish, sprinkle chopped spring onions and sesame seeds on top. Present the chicken alongside a portion of rice and a selection of steamed vegetables.
