The sweet reason King Charles III has broken royal health protocol by detailing his prostate diagnosis has been revealed.
The monarch shocked the world after it was revealed he was set for treatment after suffering with an enlarged prostrate.
It is highly surprising that such a high level of detail was offered to the public, but according to ITV’s royal editor Chris Ship, there is a sweet reason why he decided to be so open.
Writing on X, formerly Twitter, the editor wrote: “This is an unusual level of detail on the health of a member of the Royal Family, but we are told the king wishes to share his diagnosis to encourage other men to get themselves checked.”
