Three people were injured when a small commuter plane crashed in the backyard of a north Phoenix home.
The FAA said the Piper PA-28 went down on its way to Deer Valley Airport around 7:20 a.m., according to AZFamily.

The outlet later reported that two of the injured were on board the plane and one on the ground. All three men were taken to a local hospital but are reportedly in stable condition.
