A man died after plunging from a roller coaster at a Georgia amusement park on Monday — trapping terrified fellow parkgoers on the ride until they were evacuated.

The unidentified rider was killed after falling off the Goliath roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell on Monday afternoon, witnesses and park officials confirmed to 11Alive.

The man somehow struck a roller coaster car three different times during the fall — and was even caught plummeting to his death on a witness’s souvenir picture.

“He was in our pictures,” the witness said. “He fell and hit the car three different times.”

The horrifying incident forced the Goliath to stop on an incline as riders were evacuated from cars four at a time, WSBTV reported.

The Goliath rollercoaster reaches a speed of 70 miles per hour and is 200 feet tall, according to the Six Flags website.

“We are deeply saddened by the guest incident at our park today. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with the guest’s family, friends, and loved ones. We are also providing support to the guests and team members affected,” a Six Flags Over Georgia spokesperson told The Post.

“The park team and local authorities responded immediately, and we are cooperating fully with local authorities as they complete their investigation. Out of respect for the family’s privacy, we will not be sharing additional details at this time.”

Local officials did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
