Shoppers have ‘less bloating’ using capsules that ‘changed everything’

For millions across the UK, gut issues like bloating, cramps and unpredicatble digestion are more than just inconvenient and can end up making daily life miserable. The Big Poo review found that one in eight adults say their gut problems seriously affect how they live, so for many, finding something that truly supports digestive balance has became a priority.

That’s where Gut Health Capsules come in as a daily supplement designed to help bring calm to chaotic digestion. Created by gut health expert Gemma Stuart in collaboration with scientists, Gut Wealth aims to make supporting gut health simple, stigma-free and part of peoples everyday routine.

The brand is now currently offering a 12 week intro offfer, pricing the capsules at £99 plus free UK postage, working out as less than £1.20 per day. Rather than offering a quick fix, these capsules are formulated to work with the body’s microbiome over time, supporting ‘gut immunity, improving regularity and helping to ease bloating naturally’.

Each capsule is packed with 12 clinically informed ingredients, including full daily doses of B Vitamins and Vitamin D, two propreitary postibotic strains and prebiotic fibre. Together they’re designed to support a healthy gut lining, nourish good bacteria, and help calm digestive discomfort from the inside out.

The science behind Gut Wealth lies in its balanced approach. Unlike some supplements that rely solely on probiotics, Gut Wealth combines prebiotics, postbiotics, and essential nutrients to create a more holisitc foundation for digestive support.

These ingredients have been studied in over 40 clinical and pre-clinical trials, with evidence suggesting they can support better stool consistency, reduce bloating and promote overall gut comfort. Taking Gut Wealth involves consuming one capsule a day with water.

The brand recommends a 12-week routine, in line with guidance from the British Society of Gastroenterology, allowing time for the guts microbiome and gut lining to respond and restore balance. The capsules are also vegetarian-friendly, gluten-free and sugar and sweetener free, making them suitable for most diets. They also don’t require refrigeration, so they’re easy to take on the go – whether that’s to work, the gym or on holiday.

For those seeking an alternative approach, Biomel Complete Gut is priced at £30 from Holland and Barrett. These capsules come in a range of flavours: chocolate, vanillla and unflavoured and contain ‘a blend of live cultures, prebiotic fibres, digestive enzymes and vitamins and minerals.’ Another option is the Boots Good Gut Live Friendly Bacteria which offers 30 capsules for £10.75. These should be taken twice a day with plenty of liquid and are suitable for a vegan diet and adults and children over the age of 12.

Users of Gut Wealth have been sharing their reviews on the products. One customer, Fraser, said: “I started to feel better within 4 weeks. I’ve had IBS for about 6 years on and off. Since trying the capsules, I can safely leave the house with no concerns.” Another, named Barbara, wrote: “I’ve been on a trial with these capsules. I didn’t expect them to help but they really have. Less noises from my digestion, but also feel more relaxed.”

Another happy shopper, named James, said: “I was sceptical, but these have changed everything. I’ve had less bloating, more energy, and no ‘uh oh’ moments.”

Not every product will work for everyone however and someone commented: “Good for regularity not so much with the bloating yet.” Another said: “I’ve been blown away by the impact of the gutwealth capsules. They’ve really improved my gut health in a number of ways I was not able to achieve with other products so overall very impressed. Would recommend.”
