Shocking moment motorcyclist plunges from bridge head-first after horror road rage attack

A motorcyclist was sent flying through the air by a car driver in a shocking road rage incident. The horrifying video, shared by the police, shows 34-year-old Nikesh Mistry forcing the biker onto the wrong side of the road while driving his silver BMW 320.

The footage then captures the moment Mistry squashes the victim between his car and a metal bridge railing – all while still on the wrong side of the road.

The motorbike rider is thrown over the bridge and lands on trees and bushes below, in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. The man, in his 40s from Oxley Park, Milton Keynes, suffered serious injuries and was flown to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridgeshire.

Mistry also seriously injured the passenger of another car he crashed into head-on. That passenger was quickly taken by ambulance to Milton Keynes University Hospital.

The shocking event took place on November 19, 2022, near Walton Roundabout in Milton Keynes. Mistry and the motorcyclist had a non-verbal exchange before Mistry recklessly used his car to force the biker onto the wrong side of Brickhill Street, reports the Mirror.

Mistry from Groundsel Close in Milton Keynes was handed a prison sentence of four years and 10 months last Thursday. He had said he was guilty earlier for two charges of causing serious injury by dangerous driving on December 20, 2023.

He also admitted to one charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent at Aylesbury Crown Court. They told him he can’t drive for four years and ten months, and he must pass a special test to get his licence back.

PC Phil McGlue, who is an officer for the Roads Policing Unit, said: “This case is an extreme example of road rage. Mistry was not in any immediate danger and chose to respond in a manner that was so violent and so disproportionate that he turned road disagreement into a very serious assault.

“Drivers who behave in such a manner will be rigorously investigated and held to account for their actions and Mistry will now serve a prison sentence as a result of those decisions.”
