The Hollywood Bowl is bringing back an entertainment lineup that blends jazz, hip-hop, classical music and film concerts — all for less than the cost of a soda.
The Los Angeles Philharmonic announced this week that it will offer expanded $1 ticket access to “select classical and non-classical performances” at the iconic Los Angeles venue throughout the summer season.
Among the shows included in the promotion are Chance the Rapper’s Juneteenth Celebration on June 10, Herbie Hancock Celebrates Miles Davis on Aug. 19, Buddy Guy 90 on Sept. 9, and “How to Train Your Dragon in Concert” on Aug. 9.
Tickets will be available starting Thursday at 10 a.m., according to the venue’s website.
The discounted seats are located in bench sections L through U, with a limit of four tickets per household.
Fans are reminded that tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
The Hollywood Bowl is also allowing concertgoers to add transportation options — including Park & Ride, shuttle service and Metro tickets — during checkout.
