Greenlaw returns to the 49ers, who drafted him in the fifth round of the 2019 draft, after spending one season with the Broncos, after signing a three-year, $31.5 million contract.

The 28-year-old Greenlaw played just eight games last year, with injuries sidelining him for eight games and sitting out another while serving a suspension.

In six seasons with the 49ers, Greenlaw had 455 tackles and 3.5 sacks and 14 pass breakups.
