Which quarterback do you trust the most in next Sunday’s Super Bowl?
Seattle’s Sam Darnold or New England’s Drake Maye?
Darnold, for some reason, has been an easy target for critics. Maybe it’s his three-year association with the Jets that stays with him like an indelible tattoo of an old girlfriend.
But the narrative on Darnold is that he’s not the kind of quarterback who can put his team on his back and carry it. Yet, that’s very much what he did in the NFC Championship — when Darnold completed 25 of 36 for 346 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions.
