Prince William has sent fans into a frenzy this week after his latest solo outing. On Wednesday, the Prince of Wales, 42, visited the Royal Berkshire Hospital to see how funds provided by the charity NHS Charities Together have helped the hospital since the coronavirus pandemic. The prince also spoke to health workers about how they coped during the pandemic at work.
William, who wore a dark grey blazer and dark trousers, which he paired with a light shirt and dark Chelsea boots, sparked fan frenzy during the visit, with royal fans online commenting on how “handsome” the future king looks. Other fans were also quick to point out that William looks just like one of his close relatives.
Commenting on pictures of the prince’s royal engagement on Instagram, one fan wrote: “He looks like Diana so much.”
A second said: “So much of Diana in him!”
A third wrote: “So reminds me of his mom here!”
While fans were quick to point out the prince’s similarities to his mum, the late Princess Diana, others were quick to praise the prince for his work.
One fan wrote on Instagram: “One of the most admirable things about Prince William is that he always reminds us of the importance of caring for healthcare workers.”
Another said: “Wonderful that Prince William is acknowledging the work these charities do.”
On the visit yesterday, William not only spoke to staff, but he also toured the Health and Wellbeing Centre and Garden, which provides a range of activities and services to promote staff health and wellbeing.
Princess Kate did not accompany the prince on this visit.
